Ryan was great guiding me throughout the workout because getting a hang of the stations and quick movements was a tad hard for me but something that with practice (and assistance)I could definitely see myself getting the hang of. The instructor was great with cueing, reminding us about form, and providing modifications. The music selection was great, helped me keep pace, and motivated me throughout. It’s a challenge even for a person who has a moderate to high fitness level, but remember you can always ask for modifications and she is happy to accommodate! My favorite part is they have so many class times in one day so it fits into my schedule when my main gym doesn’t! I love group fitness!
