About this studio

JQ’S BFit2 is all about Cross/Interval Training. No two workouts are ever the same. Cross/Interval training prevents burn out, reduces injuries resulting from overtraining and helps break through stubborn plateaus. All you have to do is show up!

How to prepare

Please bring a change of shoes in wet/snowy weather - no wet footwear is allowed on the equipment. Additionally, please bring hand wraps if attending BoxFit. With over 50 classes per week we have something for everyone. ** NEW CLASS ** WEEKEND WARRIOR WORKOUT Saturdays at 7 8 and 9am

Terrific! Really liked JQ
Boot Camp with Jonquil
It takes about 20 minutes for the instructor to demo each station, but after you get going its a tough workout.
Leg Day! with Jonquil
JQ was amazing! She really took the time to work with me and make sure that the workouts were accommodating with my back injury. Leg day is definitely something Ill do again!

A great workout. It was challenging for muscle endurance and incorporated challenging bursts of cardio. Two thumbs up.

Another great class with a variety of exercises you could tailor to your level.

A great workout that you could modify to your intensity level. I loved the mix of cardio and weights and they played upbeat jams. It was a nice mix of ages and levels, anyone could join!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
