You completed 12 stations with four intervals at each station (two 45 seconds and two 20 seconds) with a short break in between each interval. We had a small class size of only 5 people but I would assume that is likely not the norm. I did miss the mirrors and dark atmosphere of other fitness studios however enjoyed the music selection. Will be back!

The class was beginner-intermediate level friendly. For bigger bodies, a bit more modifications would be helpful! the cues were on point just like in Claudia's class. Thank you, Nautika!!

Coach Liv was very encouraging & met me at a level I was comfortable with. If I felt like a movement was too much for me or a technique was too complicated, she modeled a way to do it that was suitable for my abilities & how new I was to this type of workout. Would definitely recommend for beginners.
