    I love EBF but they really need to get it together with their technology. I cant remember the last class I went to where there wasnt a problem with the audio or screens. Not Colleens fault she managed through it well. But if a key reason to love EBF is the fact that they are digitally minded, the digital stuff... needs to actually work.

    First class back since Covid, and it was great! Best work out class, great instructor, music. Class was difficult, but not impossible and the great thing is you can modify to your own level. Masks were worn. I’m still not 100% comfortable with sharing machines/weights with covid rates rising, but class itself is amazing. Greg deserves a lot of credit for his playlist and ability to flawlessly teach basically two classes at one time.

    Class itself was great but the room was HOT. 10 minutes in I started to visibly see the humidity in the room and people leaving at the end of class were talking about almost passing out. Lots of bikes, very close together in the summer doesnt make for the safest experience always. Would love better AC in the bike room.

    Great strength class! Full body and nice sequence of exercises - made the most out of the hour & the instructor was very sweet and helpful. Only criticism I have is that the playlist seemed to repeat itself and wasn’t the most energizing, but I was mostly focused on the instructor/paying attention to the lifts, so it didn’t bother me too much.

    Great workout. The thing I liked most was the variety of equipment used, not the usual/basic stuff everyone else uses. Free parking was a huge help. I was surprised that there was no stretching time afterwards, so plan on doing that on your own.

    Class structure was you get shown a few exercises and then do rounds a set number of reps for each exercise. Ari was so helpful with correcting form, suggesting modifications if desired, and encouraging you to push yourself. Everyone was so nice and you get out exactly what you put in. The locker room has everything you need and the whole place honestly feels so safe and welcoming. Really great workout too, my grip strength is toast.
