    INFERNO HOT PILATES

    Marlee was a great instructor and the class was the perfect level of challenging with great modification options. Great cues, positive, motivating, and encouraging. It was my first time taking her class and she took care to remember my name, helped fix my form, and was very welcoming and kind. Class was hot but your body adjusts to it quickly. You work up a great sweat!

    Anna was a great instructor and offered a lot of modifications on the poses. She also had a sense of humor which I appreciated. The yoga mats they have seemed to be of low quality, so I would recommend bringing your own.

    I hadn’t done yoga in years so I was a little nervous, but Ayannah was such a fantastic instructor! Good flow and explained poses well when I was forgetting them. Challenging but offered modifications. Super calm vibe and playlist. Highly recommend!

    Loved the class! It was quite intense but the instructor was kind and helpful. She corrected our form and posture and also did some of the poses with us. (We even had an accidental fire alarm go off but she remained calm and collected.) I really enjoyed this class!!

    Power Flow

    Hannah's classes are always fun and unique. she incorporates a power flow routine and she introduces new postures in each class. Recently, she has been including an arm balancing series that is challenging but fun and doable with practice. Highly recommend! It's unfortunate that I'm moving otherwise this would be my regular Tuesday morning class.

    Love this class, the heat really gets you sweating and the poses are nothing out of the realm so it’s easy to follow along. The space is very clean and spacious so you’re not on top of your neighbor. My only thing would be to add another minute or two for shavasana at the end since it’s a heat intensive class.
