    Renvil has such beautiful energy and the class was a perfect mix of grounded mindfulness, connection to breath, sculpting, and classic yoga. Was an excellent class and I would recommend to anyone!

    TABATA - Athletic Conditioning

    Did a TABATA class and it was great! The instructor was motivating, clear with her instructions and offered higher and lower intensity options for all rounds. It’s a short, 30 min class, so I found it easier to push myself, making the most of the time and full body workout. I’d definitely join the class again, and if you’re look for a quick, HIIT workout that you can really push yourself and get bang for your time, HIIT this class!

    I have been looking for a more challenging Pilates class cause I feel like I haven’t been getting as much burn. I absolutely recommend for challenging yourself and if you’re hoping to work those abs! Also instructions were super easy to follow! Loved!!
