see all reviewsChela is awesome! She is such a charismatic Zumba instructor who makes class enjoyable and challenging. I’ve experienced my fair share of good and bad Zumba instructors, and Chela definitely embodies all of the good. Really liked this class. Lots of space and natural light in the fitness room. I’ve done Zumba many times before so it wasn’t too hard to follow along with minimal instructor cues. Zumba is all about moving and having fun so there’s no worry about getting all the moves right. Good music and energy all around.

I expressed that I get pain in my wrists from too much weight or pressure and she made sure to offer modifications when in tabletop and did lots of forearm planks. Hope to be back again!

Unless they’re going into the back row (or actually follow instructions the whole class…), it’s too much. Overall lovely flow though and perfect balance of heat in there

see all reviewsMegan’s form cues and science were solid — you can tell she’s knowledgeable and intentional about what she says while leading class. She also provided space, without judgement or restriction, for us to make it more challenging or modified depending on what you needed (which was good for a mixed level group). Note: it’s not the most challenging class, so if you’re looking to break out major sweat and hit 2nd stage muscle — it’s less effective in that sense but it was honestly just the workout I needed for a Sunday reset on a fatigued day.

see all reviewsEmma was an excellent instructor — she explained everything clearly and also demonstrated moves very well. She was really encouraging and kept me motivated while at the same time made me feel comfortable going at a pace/with the weight level that worked for me. I also liked that she called out how much time we had left for a given exercise, counting down at the end - I find this really helps me push myself as I know there’s an end in sight! 😅 Definitely recommend!
