If you're a beginner, go to her class; she explains and demonstrates every posture and the things to take note of (like hand positions, how you should squat, hinge, etc) before each section so you definitely know what to expect. However, after attending Ashley's stretch and sound healing class, I would like to give her five 🌟 As it there will be a sound healing segment, she politely reminded me to keep my phone in the locker and not leave it on the floor. When class started, she was clear with instructions and gave us options for poses. She tried to lighten the atmosphere by cracking jokes.
