Gwen gives very precise instructions and her pacing is good, hence the breathing is very easy to follow. For those who have more experience with chair, this might not be suitable. I did not break a sweat at all nor did I feel any ache after.. but for newbies this should be a good starter class!

Highly recommend, especially if you want to have a great workout and to sculpt your body. Joyce is so endearing and encouraging and the flow of the class is really good with a nice warm up, working on the arms, legs, glutes, core, etc and a proper cool down. I worked up a really good sweat (sweated more than expected lol). I think this class is more intense than reformer pilates. I really enjoyed the class and felt a sense of accomplishment after the class. The space is cozy and nice. Location wise is at Joo Chiat Rd near i12 mall (kinda opp i12).

The class was great — the instructor was full of energy and led a very dynamic session! However, the number of students was quite high (14-18 students), which made the space feel cramped. I often found myself worrying about bumping into others, especially during bigger movements. While the energetic flow of the class was a plus, the tight layout was a bit of a drawback.

The space is really nice and calming. It's a stretch class and we also used tennis balls for myofascial release (my first time doing a myofascial release class). Some of the stretches can be quite deep (depending on your body). But the good thing is Wilfred gave options each time so it's good for every body type. I like this class, it's a really good class to end the day. Felt like I had a really good massage. (I came to add this to my review: I had the DEEPEST SLEEP OF THE YEAR after this class last night. Amazing~)
