Jayne is a lovely instructor - firm, somewhat no-nonsense style yet gentle and generous with guiding the students into the correct postures. Her demonstrations of some slightly more complex poses (from a beginner's perspective) were clear, and she took pains to go step by step for the benefit of the newbies. It could be that the class was really small that day (only 4 attendees), but Jayne allocated personal attention to each one of us to ensure we were in the correct postures. Wonderful stretch on its own, elevated further with the inversion poses!

    Yamuna® Body Rolling

Been going to Ying Yan's classes for over a year. I definitely see a difference in my posture and some relief in my tight areas (when I don't skip classses). It may take some time to 'get' how Yamuna body rolling works, and the class may seem slow to some who just wants to work out their kinks, but I think you will have a deeper appreciation of your body and the method if you take time to listen. Classes usually do overrun for 15 mins (more release!) but you're welcome to leave at the 1 hour mark. Give it a few tries before you dismiss it. :)

Lesley is now amongst my Top 3 favourite YM instructors the other 2 being Rey and Amy. That's saying a lot coz I have tried dozens of classes under different teachers, and these 3 stand out for good reasons. Lesley's Power Class was nicely paced with a good variety of asanas from basic warrior poses to arm balances and inversions. Easier and harder options are made available and she makes sure to demo every pose complete with clear and precise cuing. I personally would like a bit more faster-paced flow sequences mixed in but I did enjoy the calming and grounding quality of Lesley's class.

    Yoga Flow (IN-STUDIO)

I have to give this an exceptional rating. Glad that Pat gave a lot of emphasis on body alignment so I could work on the right muscles instead. Being the only student, I got all the attention too! I have bad posture and often felt my body is slanted. After attending so many different yoga classes, this is the first class that my body felt truly different at the end of it! I thought my alignment got better and could feel the stretch on my back. Great class!

    Yin & Yang

A very different Yin class Ive attended. Very effective releasing of tight, stressed points & seldom used muscles. The painful & bad experience comes first and the light & relaxed self comes later. Try and experience it for yourself to understand. Great class. Thank you

It’s a great homely studio. Caroline’s instructions and demo was clear to follow. It was a great hot session with her. She is friendly and looks out for all, if it’s too hot. All survived thru the flow class. Notes for those coming, 2 ladies shower available.

    Hot Flow

Instructor was really patient and went around correcting our postures when necessary. The class has a few trainee teachers (I think) or super experienced yogis so they’d help us go deeper into the poses as well. Amazing class and will definitely be back!
