    Kickboxing - Beginners

The gym was clean & spacious & inviting. The instructor was fun & encouraging & experienced. Great work out with mixed experienced (OK for beginners & more advanced).

Love how Barb inspires and encourages (it’s just who she is, and it’s contagious). I choose BCD Rhythms over other studios/classes when I need realignment — there’s something so beautiful about shaking out the week alongside others, each person putting their own unique spin on the moves.

    Conditioning Kickboxing

One of the best workouts I’ve had with ClassPass. Mike was very attentive to this new “boxer” and gave some one on one instruction. The class was very welcoming but you could tell they were a tight-nit community who joke and support each other. If you’re a Gen Xer you’ll appreciate the soundtrack; one of the fist times I’ve seen an instructor actually time a workout to the music - fun! Though new to ClassPass, this studio has been at the game for a long time and it shows. Highly recommended for a kickboxing workout. And thanks, Mike, for helping with the hand wraps!

    MAX Strength

I enjoy taking strength classes with Mary and Steve but Aaron was a good sub. This class felt exceptionally long, which isn't necessarily a bad thing as we did a variety of kettlebell and calisthenics exercises. There were no dumbells involved, but I thoroughly enjoy working with kettlebells. Although the class felt long, the class was in no way boring and I most definitely got a great workout in!
