    Sculpt - Pilates

One of my favorite workout classes and instructors, Madisyn creates an amazing set list and music. The only thing I wish were different sometimes are slightly smaller classes sizes, it can be hard to see her lead in the class through all the people and sometimes I need help with my form. Nothing personal to Madisyn, more of a studio issue, Madisyn is amazing.

I love classes here, they really challenge me and I can feel and see my body getting stronger! However, the vibes are a little off. No one really talks to each other and the instructors don’t give much individual or group encouragement, which is important! I would love more of a community feel/camaraderie.

Fantastically challenging class for beginner. I appreciated the music and the fast movement through moves. Plenty of modifications if you have any back hip or arm injuries The fellow class goers were focused and pretty strong The front desk and the instructors are extremely nice and thoughtful.

H.I.I.T. Full Body (OPTIONAL) Lower/Upper Body Focus

I usually hate working out and get bored fast, but the variety of exercises kept me engaged the whole time—no endless reps of the same thing, thank goodness. The 2-minute treadmill intervals were super doable, even for a wimp like me. The screen showing demos and heart rate data was really cool, and the instructor was so kind and encouraging. I actually enjoyed it very much and excited to be back!

Cassidy is a great instructor and I always enjoy her classes. She’s one of the more challenging instructors at this studio. For her to go from ‘amazing’ to ‘exceptional’, I’d love to see her give more hands-on corrections to people as I’m not always confident I’m doing things right.

Kari is one of my favorite instructors. She is amazing at breaking down the instructions for the movement and encouraging. She challenges us to be extremely present and make the micro adjustments to really maximize each posture. I feel very supported and attended to through her classes. I hadn’t been to a 26x2 class in a long while and felt right at home again under Kari’s amazing guidance.

This was such a lovely and challenging class! The instructor had all the equipment needed (weights, bands, balls) and the location description was accurate and helpful. Annabel gave clear directions, with up levels and modifications, and demo’ed all moves. I’m a Pilates addict (all kinds, mat, reformer, lagree) and this was harder than I anticipated - you will feel the burn but it’s doable! The park was busy with various sports games and activities but it was very peaceful and relatively quiet in our area. I will absolutely be back!
