You get to learn the basics and improve your boxing skills- whether you have any experience or not, and you get a good workout from it! I would say if it’s your first time maybe don’t go Wednesday cause Michael will kick you butt hahaha it’s a bit more intermediate but not impossible

Was a great cardio and a fun time! The small classes (max 4!) is great especially if you can grab some friends and learn together! Definitely recommend for beginners up to experts!
