    What can i say, david is THE MAN. i think i just experienced the best spin class of my entire existence? his spirit, energy and goodness inside david just radiates with every class. Hes wise and drops truth bombs left and right without being preachy. the music is uplifting. I dont know what else to say. david embodies physical, emotional and spiritual well being and hes much cheaper than my therapist so thats good too? seriously no other instructor compares.

    Man, I didn’t realize how impactful his classes were for me until today. This man was who I saw every morning through the digital platform during the pandemic helped me find routine in chaos. He really helped me focus on my mental health and taking care of myself. And When my brother was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes 2 years ago I told him about Justin. Instructors were very strong so make sure you wrap your wrists properly as you’ll likely end up sparring with some tough dudes. There were two of them and they were very attentive to correct mistakes on position, rhythm, and otherwise. Only suggestion would be for them to try to accentuate their voices as the resonance of the room makes it a bit difficult to hear but they do have the moves up on a screen which helps make it easy to follow.

    Karlee was wonderful! I enjoyed the class. My only feedback is that I felt the music often didn’t match the vibe/energy of where were in the sequence. For example, the music was slow/tiresome during cardio bursts but then was very upbeat during pigeon pose.
