    Job is amazing. He always designs a different focus point for each class. What stands up is, there are never “pause-stop-restart” or static moments during the entire flow: the connection between each posture is a truly continuous vinyasa. Regarding the challenge level, I could tell that it is more like a junior “Yoga Hot/Power” or a senior “Slow Flow”. But that is exactly what my husband and I love it the most: not to easy or too hard, a perfect combo of breathing, stretching and the room for self-challenge:)

They offer a variety of amenities to maintain cleanliness and comfort. You can definitely tell it is woman owed and operated and I absolutely love it!     This studio came highly recommended so when a beginners class became available of course I jumped on it! It was my first time using a Pilates machine (I think it’s called a Reformer), and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor than Nicolina. She didn’t lead like a drill sergeant which tbh was what I was expecting. So I was very relieved when she turned out to be friendly and helpfu!! I appreciated most that she walked around to observe us and also adjusted our forms as needed.

    Firstly, there is only one entrance to the gym from the outside. You check in with the front desk. To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it

    A 6am class is never easy, but the staff of Rumble boxing made it a fantastic start to the day! I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked through the door and was given a quick tour and shown to my locker (which had my name and a personal welcome message!) Isaiah was the trainer and he was phenomenal! His energy was through the roof from start to finish and it was evident that he knew his stuff! Great workout and beginner friendly for those new to boxing and easy to enhance for those who have boxed before. Highly recommend!

    The class was divided into halves. The first half of the class was cardio workout with combat moves. The second half was karv techniques. Both the instructors, Amit and Brenda, were extremely involved in mentoring each and every individual. They would review forms, styles, postures etc. to ensure you’re doing it the right way.     Having gone to this class a couple times already, I love how each class is different and the instructor teaches new things every class. Sometimes the combos can be tricky, but it is never overwhelming and it is really gratifying to feel like I am improving. The small class size is a plus and the instructor isn't afraid to call out your technique if you are doing something wrong. Definitely recommend especially if you want to get better at kickboxing and Muay Thai!

    Would recommend! Coach Brian is excellent. He is very patient and makes sure everybody is using the right technique. In the Intro class, he walked through the punches, kicks, and knees in depth and taught us how to position ourselves. I have done some cardio kickboxing classes before but this class really helped me understand the fundamentals much better. I definitely recommend this for beginners! In terms of stuff to bring, I recommend bringing your own gloves and hand wraps if you have them. They will provide gloves if you don't have them though.
