    Solid workout! You’ll definitely have your heart beating for sure. Small gym but don’t let that fool you. Coach was pushing all of us individually. Not too much where she’s breathing down your shoulder but enough to pump you through the workout.

    HIIT Cardio

    I loved this HIIT class! I usually don’t do cardio- Matter of fact: I dislike doing cardio. However this class was great! I really felt worked, from my arms, to my legs, and even to my heart! It was pumping so fast, it felt amazing. My instructor was very kind and knowledgeable. She was very patient with me and taught he me proper form for strength training. Thank you Double Vision for the great workout! I will definitely be coming back again.

    Cheer Fitness - Main Studio

    Firstly, there is only one entrance to the gym from the outside. You check in with the front desk. To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it

    Adult Ballet (Open Level)

    This was my first time taking a ballet class in 20+ years. Don’t even have a memory of what it was like when I did. I LOVED the class but mainly how Emily taught it. She was so kind, helpful, and had so much attention to detail. She made gentle adjustments to my form with each stance as well as performing more complicated routines with us. The other students there were also so sweet and encouraging. Will definitely be back!!!!

    Oleysia was such a great instructor. Her workout is difficult (for me since I took a break and have low stamina), but she put me to work! She offers modifications and politely fixes your posture when needed, which I liked. She gives you so many tips to maximize your workout. I recommend to anyone wanting to strengthen their core, work on glutes or have an all over body workout. 10/10
