see all reviewsI love yogasource, I’ve been coming here forever, and I won’t stop coming! But. It’s a consistent for me that they end classes late. Today’s class ended 15 minutes late. I don’t want to be disruptive and leave, especially during savasana, but I know I need to skip YS if I need to be somewhere on time.

see all reviewsThis class is definitely advanced, but don’t let that steer you away if you’re just looking for a challenge or change of pace from a regular yoga class. I appreciated that there’s no pressure to go past your comfort point. The instructor is really knowledgeable and breaks down poses in layers, so you can build based on your skill and comfort level. He was also open to people’s questions throughout class. I enjoyed the class and was pleased to attempt some poses I’ve never tried before.

see all reviewsI had such a lovely experience at Hydra Yoga Therapy with Kelly. I dropped in for an afternoon Yin class, and it ended up being just me and one other student. The space is cosy and calming—it’s in an old house that’s been converted into small offices, and it has that quiet, tucked-away feeling that makes you instantly exhale. Before we got started, I filled out a short intake form that drew on principles of Eastern medicine. It was a simple way for Kelly to get a sense of what was going on in my body that day, and it made the whole experience feel a little more considered. She also had mats and props available, which made things feel easy and welcoming. What I appreciated most was her presence. She offered hands-on support that felt intuitive and kind, helping me find a little more space in each pose. Her energy was grounded, warm, and quietly attentive. It was one of those classes that feels like a gift—one you carry with you for the rest of the day.

see all reviewsFirst prenatal yoga class. It was relaxing with a good mixture of stretching and toning. Instructor was great. She demonstrated majority of the class. Studio was intimate with 6 other women 7 if you include the instructor. Parking was easy. You do not need to bring your own yoga mat. The studio has everything you need. Even a bathroom. Which let’s be honest is a priority for every prenatal woman. Great sense of community / support from the other women in class.
