She also is the most helpful instructor with form. She walked around and fixed my form at least 3 times, and I always appreciate that. I’ll definitely be back to her class and would recommend!

    Rumble is a beautiful facility. The studio is spacious and their bathroom is amazing with all the amenities including towels, lotion the whole nine yards to freshen up after class. Plenty of free street parking around the area and there is free 2 hour lot called Coral parking too. Class itself is a great workout. The reviewers are not kidding when they say the music is loud so wear the earplugs they provide. Mason had great energy but wish he walked around the room checking on people more - there was a girl who clearly was extremely lost and I stepped in to help after the second round because I could tell she didn’t understand the punches.

    Such a great experience! They were well staffed, and super attentive. They really took the time to give me a tour, make sure I was set up, and adjust the bike as needed. The types of classes were described online, but it was a little unclear so they explained that as a “Connect“ class, it meant that all of the choreography and gear changes were suggestions, and the main goal was to listen to your body and do what you can, which I really liked. Fun instructor and really good vibes from the (full!) class.

    Great class! The gym itself is incredibly spacious much bigger than the other F45 gyms I’ve been in. The class was half size so you could get additional input from the coaches. The coaches do a good job of walking around the class and providing modifications, tips to do to improve form, and encourage you as a member. Sunnyvale has a different set up than most F45s with MWF being strength days and T/Th/S classes being cardio/hybrid days. After class, I used their showers which were well maintained. I was offered a towel as needed. Shower was spacious and had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryers within the space. I will be returning eagerly!
