Instructor recommended 15 lb on the lighter end, but I feel I should’ve gone for 12 lb. at times the instructor was hard to spot when she was demonstrating floor work because she tended to move around and sometimes I couldn’t see her well

There are varying levels of weights per station so you can find a good level for yourself but it can be a challenge if there are several ppl in the same group with the same level as you as you move around that stations. Clean and spacious. I could see myself coming here more often. I also appreciate the instructor for talking through some of the workouts with me and getting me to the right place if I end up somewhere I shouldn’t be.

I called to say I was running late and there wasn’t an issue. I enjoyed the music and lighting. Mirianna provided great instructions for each row and floor set. During the rows, she regularly called out the pace or stoke rate targets with form reminders in between as well as class and individual encouragement. She also came around to check on us individually for corrections and motivation. It was a good sweaty workout!

Irfan was attentive since I was new. He made sure I knew the exercises in the circuit and helped to correct my form, which he also did for others. So glad to find that boutique studio with attention to every detail that makes me love Yoga, from the natural lighting that bath us from the all glass walls to the tranquility from the natural ambience. It is fully equipped. I do wish there were some more squat racks as even though I went at an off hour, the two they have were already being fully used.
