    I tried several megaformer/reformer Pilates studios across Bay Area from San Mateo to San Jose. This is THE ONE. People are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The studio is always shining clean. Lindsay and Emma are my personal favorites due to I find their challenging level the most suitable for me.     Rumble is a beautiful facility. The studio is spacious and their bathroom is amazing with all the amenities including towels, lotion the whole nine yards to freshen up after class. Plenty of free street parking around the area and there is free 2 hour lot called Coral parking too. Class itself is a great workout. The reviewers are not kidding when they say the music is loud so wear the earplugs they provide. Mason had great energy but wish he walked around the room checking on people more - there was a girl who clearly was extremely lost and I stepped in to help after the second round because I could tell she didn’t understand the punches.

    Loved Rachel!! I’ve taken quite a few barre classes and she was one of my favorites. She’s enthusiastic, kind and motivating. High energy and had you moving a lot without doing boring movements like jumping jacks in between sets. I also loved that she incorporated a fair amount of stretching in between sets as well. I would say she’s a beginner friendly class but an intermediate level can still have a challenging workout.

    After hearing so many great feedback about Title and Tom, finally I found the no-traffic day to try: thanks Tom for working on Independent Day! People were so friendly here. The instructor and manager, Tom, is so passionate and professional toward boxing. He KNOWS. Tom gave an orientation to first timers and it was so helpful for both experienced and new boxers. Regarding the class itself, everyone would find it challenging and fun despite each individual’s boxing experience! And I understand why they require first-timers to arrive at least 15 minutes early: the orientation is crucial (and would significantly ease your nerve if you are a beginner). Thanks Tom! Will definitely come back!

    Great class! The gym itself is incredibly spacious much bigger than the other F45 gyms I’ve been in. The class was half size so you could get additional input from the coaches. The coaches do a good job of walking around the class and providing modifications, tips to do to improve form, and encourage you as a member. Sunnyvale has a different set up than most F45s with MWF being strength days and T/Th/S classes being cardio/hybrid days. After class, I used their showers which were well maintained. I was offered a towel as needed. Shower was spacious and had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryers within the space. I will be returning eagerly!
