    Not sure if it was due to being my first Barry’s of the year, but this class was HARD! The uphill running treadmill circuit killed me, and the dumbbell exercises were super difficult. Instructor recommended 15 lb on the lighter end, but I feel I should’ve gone for 12 lb. at times the instructor was hard to spot when she was demonstrating floor work because she tended to move around and sometimes I couldn’t see her well

    Highly recommend for a nice quick burn! I was visiting the area and needed to get in my morning workout, so it was my first time taking the class. It’s a lot of small coordinated movements. I recommend getting two pairs of dumbbells, one light and one heavier, so you can switch between as needed. Kerry’s instructions were clear, and I appreciated that she provided individual direction to improve form for everyone throughout the class (even those joining remotely!). The burn can really build up, so be sure to take your breaks and alter your movements as needed!

    First time doing boxing and loved the class! Atmosphere was engaging with the lights and screens. The yoga part was long holds of different yoga moves. Boxing was really fun after getting the hang of different jabs and technique. The strength part was a good challenge. Overall, instructor was the intense type and I enjoyed how he helps fix your form. He also gave great instructions for beginning boxers. Even though it was challenging, when I did need a break, the instructor was understanding. Would recommend for beginners looking for a really good workout.

    Five stars hidden gem in Mountain View! I was pretty sore from working out as well as my skin had a horrible hormonal breakout so my skin was very red and inflamed. I can’t for the 55 minute infrared sauna. There are so many benefits to a infrared sauna, it was exactly what my body needed. The place from the outside looks quite small so you typically wouldn’t see it passing by. Luckily I found this business on ClassPass and I am so happy I did. The front desk was very welcoming and informative on my first visit. Anything I needed to water with electrolytes, cold towels, dry towels and charcoal pills at the end to help detox your body after your session was offered. Everyone I encountered was so nice, the infrared sauna itself was very relaxing, they offered an iPad to watch Netflix on during my session. They set a timer for you in the room so you are able to keep an eye on your time spent in the room. Had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to go back!

    I ended up taking the 10am class as theres no instructor for the 8am one. The instructor, Cynthia, was great. That was my first time doing Bikram yoga and it was very hard staying in the room - it was way too hot. So there were times I stopped and took a rest, or sat next to the door and kept it slightly open. Cynthia was not annoyed by that but just encouraged us to stay in the room. When I wanted to go out and get some water, she helped me with that (and the water was for free!) and kept me in the room. She was doing everything to make you benefit most from the class. Ill definitely come back!

Then at each station it's 4 rounds of 35 seconds with 7 seconds break. Very helpful instructor who helps you with the form and suggests variation for the less fit people like myself. Carry a bottle of water, you won't have enough time between the rounds to go to the water station.
