    First time trying Barre, liked it. Worked up a good sweat, had a full body workout, great stretch, and a nice variety of resistance training. The instructor was great! It seemed like she could teach the class in her sleep. Music was a little loud to hear over, but not gonna knock off a star for that. Sometimes I like it loud and pumped, just had a little trouble following as the first class. Overall, good experience!

    Great class- I couldn’t have asked for a better intro to barre! Check-in was a breeze and the woman at the front desk gave me a tour and helped me get set up with equipment. Lindsey’s routine was a balanced full body workout that was easy to follow, with alternatives and a quick stretch between each muscle group. Add in the free parking, and this place can’t be beat!
