see all reviewsAs usual… Margy is the best… just when I’m getting over confident in my yoga ability, she puts me back in my place (in a good way) with so many different variations I’ve never tried. Always something new and challenging. She pushes you out of your comfort zone. She’s the best!

see all reviewsI loved the playlist of the class and it went by so fast, also Christine did a great job motivating everyone! One comment which is not the instructors fault, but multiple people came in late and it’s really distracting when you are trying to get into the zone. I would love if they didn’t allow late arrivals. Overall I love yoga box and I will be back soon 😊

see all reviewsLOVED this class with Kimiko. One of my favorite instructors. Her cues were so helpful and the thoughts she shared at the beginning and throughout class about yoga and philosophy were wonderful. This was a HARD flow and the room felt hotter than usual, but it was such a good sweat and I left feeling amazing. Will be on the lookout for more of Kimiko’s classes!

see all reviewsI'm rating the experience as five stars because I'm new to the studio, love what they are doing and want to support it. This class however, for me, was probably closer to a three. I enjoyed the Instructor's devotion and attention to detail, however, while the sequencing was creative and mostly enjoyable, there are two important things that I would change to be able to enjoy the class. The pacing for that flow was simply too rapid during the "breath to movement" part. I've had an ashtanga practice and taught power yoga in the past, I understand wanting to build fire, but it really was just absolutely too fast to responsibly land in this specific series of moves. Most specifically, the transition into twisted crescent, went way too fast a few times. I felt the effects in my rib cage and QL later (in an asymmetrical strange sort of way, and not a good workout sore sort of way). Thankfully, I'm mostly recovered today, but I would really encourage the instructor to rethink that part of the sequencing to give a full breath to move in and out of that pose, and also to not go so rapid fire in the fastest part of breath to movement. I realize this is personal preference and I could choose not to take the class again if it's working well for everyone else, but also, I think sometimes people don't realize what isn't working because they assume it's them that has the issue when they can't keep up and fully get into a posture.

see all reviewsLove the instructor and pace of class. I like how she mixes old and newer music to engage the entire breadth of age diversity attending the classes. For the past two weeks though, the club has had the heat on during spin and it has been BRUTAL in that room. It actually has slowed me down. Turn off that heat during spin, please! I’d hate to see someone have heat exhaustion because of it.

see all reviewsYasmine was great & do is Yoga6! The room was not supposed to be heated, But it was hot and stuffy from the class before. The door should’ve been cracked open during class, but opened wide in between classes, made it unpleasantly stuffy.. also there’s water stains on the ceiling in a few places and those panels need to be removed. Mold grows when you get wet spots and don’t remove the ceiling panels that got wet and I don’t want to come to yoga and get exposed to mold. I’ve already recovered from mold exposure..

There was so much variety of movement and I felt like every part of my body got a good workout, unlike other classes I’ve taken where the focus is very heavily on lower body. see all reviewsThis class was pure FUN. I personally didn’t think this was a level 1 class, so I’m really glad I didn’t sign up for level 2 😅 but don’t let that intimidate you; the mood was silly and playful, which I love in a yoga class. The transitions were so creative and even as an experienced yogi with my 200hr, I did transitions and postures I haven’t done before. I love when I learn something new in a class, it’s a reminder that the learning is never over. Erin was super friendly and welcoming, the other students were very friendly and welcoming as well, and the space was simple and effective. No frills. So sad I don’t live in the area because I would come back over and over if I could!

I can workout at home but this is what a studio is about - an encouraging voice to tell go a little more and correct your form. Roxanne was fantastic.
