They offer great verbal cues/ adjustments that help strengthen my poses, and Collyn offers amazing hands on adjustments. Friday classes with Collyn are just the best way to unwind from the week and start the weekend. Highly recommend!

For the more advanced yogis, she offers more advanced poses and stretches for you to try in class, while also helping beginners perfect their poses. And her music selection is always on point.
