There were multiple empty reformers too. We’ve been going to bodyrok classes multiple times a week for years, but wanting 10+ credits is ridiculous. Both here and at bankers hill have always been around 7-8 credits, so this steep increase to 10+ credits is frustrating.

Two people per station area which is nice because you get your own space for each exercise and move along with a partner so it’s not too lonely. Music wasn’t too loud and vibes were nice. For the past two weeks though, the club has had the heat on during spin and it has been BRUTAL in that room. It actually has slowed me down. Turn off that heat during spin, please! see all reviewsI loved the class, it was a great workout! I do want to note that the instructor confused spinal extension and flexion multiple times at the beginning and end of class. It tripped me up when she asked to go into flexion over and over, when we were extending our spines over a ball. It's not a big deal at all, but it happened enough times to where I was genuinely confused if she was misspeaking or I was doing it incorrectly! Altogether, though, good workout and nice instructor :)

Vinyasa was just what I needed! Ana is a well versed instructor and her heart shines through to all of her students in every single one of her classes. As a Registered Nurse with a varying schedule, and a young mom to 2 Kindergarteners, Class Pass is the way to go for me. However, if I had a consistent schedule I would definitely become a member of Namaste.

see all reviewsI’ve been doing Pilates pretty consistently for a year, but this was my second Lagree class. I’m not sure this is my preferred style of workout. I didn’t feel like I understood what the instructor wanted us to do half the time but maybe because I just couldn’t hear her? She was constantly talking but I still felt like I couldn’t figure out what she was saying. I definitely didn’t feel like this was beginner friendly. Nonetheless, the studio is nice and clean and in a good location.
