Power Flow
see all reviewsThe place in general is huge, recommend getting there a little earlier to find parking (I found it on the street)& figure it out if you haven’t been before . You go through the main entrance all the way back until you see the rock climbing area- check in. The room is decently sized so you shouldn’t feel too close to your neighbor. Didn’t feel the room was like burning hot, you’ll be ok- more like warm + some of your own body heat. I wouldn’t say it’s for beginners. Could be depending on the instructors or class maybe? You’ll have to be somewhat be experienced prior to know the call outs from the instructor as they won’t always be performing them with you. Not a bad thing but that’s just a down fall for someone whom may be new. Overall, I definitely will attend again!

see all reviewsFirst time here and I loved it. Great scenery to unwind but also to put in work and sweat it out. Instructor was great she even got us to do a couple yoga poses together as a team. That was my first interactive experience in a yoga class overall. Community here is united and I loved that. At the end we get a nice cold towel gently placed on our foreheads. Kendra placed it and massaged on my forehead and went beyond to massaging my scalp also🫶🏼. Definitely attending in the future for sure.

see all reviewsProbably my favorite studio in Salt Lake for a true, challenging Vinyasa yoga class. Wouldn’t say it’s for beginners; the instructor called out poses I couldn’t identify a few times, and I’ve been doing yoga for several years now. But it’s nice to be exposed to new things.

see all reviewsThis was the most awesome class experience I’ve had ever, seriously, and so much fun. It was incredibly impressive to watch those who knew what they were doing and yet so great that the instructor started with absolute basics and was super supportive and kind. I am forty years older than anyone in the class (they called me granny g) and they made me feel included and I learned a lot!

see all reviewsJenn's C2 class is insane. It's just as challenging as her Scuplt class in the best way possible. Her structure is great. It's very obvious that she understands flow and dynamic movement. It does end up being fast-paced, so it might be difficult for first-timers, but no one is going to judge you for messing up the sequence. Would recommend for a more experienced C2 person, however!

see all reviewsA must take class. Karlas teaching style was unique and I really appreciated it. She instructed in a way that was clear and steady, while still offering more challenging options if that’s what you needed. If you are newer to hot yoga (this particular class is a set sequence) I would definitely recommend taking Karla’s class because of her teaching style, however even seasoned yogis will love it.
