    At first this class was a little awkward because there were only 3 of us (including the instructor) but the the instructor was super friendly and engaging, so there wasn't a lot of awkward silence. Plus with the small class size, it was basically like a private lesson. My butt was thoroughly kicked and I know I'll be sore tomorrow - it was a great work out!

    booty & ab LAB

    The ab and booty burn Pilates class felt so good and I was thoroughly challenged. Jenn was a great instructor and I felt like the class was definitely intermediate-to-advanced level but she was giving options to make it less intense, which was nice. I loved every minute of it and I was shaking by the end of it. I would absolutely book again and again!
