From the moment I arrived, I could feel the energy of the space—soft, grounding, sacred. 🧘♀️ Every breath, every pose, was an invitation to return to myself. 💖✨ Biffy holds space with such quiet strength and love. Her guidance felt intuitive, soothing, and so deeply connected. As my body softened into each posture, I could feel layers unravel—tension I didn’t know I was holding simply melted away. It was emotional, healing, and incredibly calming. This practice reminded me that softness is strength. That stillness can be powerful. And that in simply being, there is so much beauty. Yoga Shala is a sanctuary of truth and love, and tonight’s experience left me feeling whole, grounded, and so deeply cared for. 🙏
