    SCULPT 45

Madelyn is a great instructor, so motivating. But damn she must be a morning person. I realized that I am not lol this workout was tough. I’d love to see this sculpt class later in the day. Her strength classes are challenging and great workouts and I think this one was harder 😅

The space is very new and well kept. Receptionist was very helpful. Instructor took her time with each stretch and giving good instruction. I greatly enjoyed this restorative class.

    Yoga

This Monday night class with Dorothy is incredible. She is calming and helpful. She asks all the right questions ("Do you want to put your leg up or are you happy with where it is?") before offering assistance/corrections. Her class is suitable for all bodies and abilities---she offers real modifications not just hard and harder, but brings people support props or a strap or a block if she thinks it would help. And she does affirmations, which you can take or leave. I find them nice and positive. The style is yin yoga (as far as I know) where we hold positions for minutes at a time. Slow transitions and lots of stretching. Low exertion like you probably won't sweat but you will be fully stretched out after this class. Gorgeous space too.
