    I really enjoy Katie’s classes. I appreciate the instruction that takes place. One of the reasons I take yoga in a studio is to improve. It’s helpful to have an instructor that offers cues throughout the class to improve form, rather than just calling out poses and not offering anything else. I always learn new ways to get better. Shes also really good at balancing the class with intentional focus inward while still being able to offer a challenging class, rather than just making the focus on ‘exercising’.

    Pilates

    Lily was a great instructor! This Pilates class is doable for all fitness levels. The music was good and I liked how she included stretches after each set. I appreciated that it was only 45 minutes and felt like a really good workout.

    This class was a perfect end to the day! Valencia was an absolutely amazing instructor. The studio was really soothing with the lights off and candles lit. I really liked that she included hip openers and Kundalini breath work. Suitable for all levels and ages. Perfect wind down and stretch class!

    Kettlebells - DOWNSTAIRS

    Great class. I haven’t taken a kettlebell class in quite some time and Danny was very knowledgeable and patient with providing little adjustments as needed. High energy and a great midday workout. Definitely will be back when I’m in the area!
