    Great class. Amanda is one of my favorites in this location. The playlist is good, her style is very motivating. I like when the instructor is willing to demonstrate and lead it with the class. That effort has some magic domino effect to affect everyone. The class is overall challenging in a good way.

    Beautiful space. Great class. Fun spirited and thoughtful venue that has open gym and classes and amazing bathrooms along with a steam room that you can load up while working out. The middle space with the ring looks soooo sexy. Great for everyone, and really an amazing sweat. Now I just have to convince my girlfriend to leave our home gym, and I think I can!

    The Basics

    The General is an awesome instructor ! He’s very meticulous and he focused heavily on form and technique during “The Essentials” class, which I loved and haven’t quite found at any other boxing gym in the city….and believe me I’ve tried them all. This place is a hidden gem! The classes are intimate, about 8-10 people per class and you get a lot of individualized attention which is amazing! I will definitely be back soon!
