    Full Body - lower body

Loved the class and the instructor. A woman in class was on her cell phone constantly though, which was distracting and kind of killed the group vibe of the class.

    Unite Workout Express

Challenging workout, somewhat self paced. This studio has the vibe of a community where everyone kinda knows each other, so as a newcomer, expect to feel a little "newcomerish." Be prepared to lift heavier weights than most classes on ClassPass.

Unreal class and incredible playlist! Kristine is an outstanding instructor who makes the class feel attainable for all levels. She is challenging and encouraging and never fails to create positive vibes from the minute class starts until the final stretch.

    Yin Yoga Stretch & Restore

I have been trying to get into this class for awhile but if often fills up early. I can see why! It was super relaxing and the teacher made the atmosphere just right. Lots of mini candles and a star light pattern that reflected on the ceiling kept the lighting low and no -threatening, perfect way to wind down the weekend in a Sunday night. I will definitely return, if I can get in.

    Express Power Sculpt

Great sweaty workout in barely 45 minutes. I worked much harder on this class than I have in hour long or 75 minute classes. It really lives along. Physique 57 is noticeably better than most barre studios in center city Philly.

    Gym Time

I really don't understand the bad reviews- it's a nice gym. It isn't the newest but it's definitely not falling apart either. It's clean and has a large variety of equipment. If you're expecting equinox- you'll be disappointed but It's a great gym to go in, do what you have to do, and go home.

The instructor was able to spend time with everyone in the class to make sure they could follow the routine and spend time showing everyone the proper form. I didn’t realize I signed up for an advanced class but I ended up being able to do most of it given the help. Everyone in the class was also welcoming.

    The Basics

The General is an awesome instructor ! He’s very meticulous and he focused heavily on form and technique during “The Essentials” class, which I loved and haven’t quite found at any other boxing gym in the city….and believe me I’ve tried them all. This place is a hidden gem! The classes are intimate, about 8-10 people per class and you get a lot of individualized attention which is amazing! I will definitely be back soon!
