see all reviewsI love this studio! The heat is perfect, not too much but you definitely feel it. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and my instructor was super welcoming, introducing herself and saying hello to students as they came in. Class was challenging and intentional, was very well paced, and she gave great modifications.

It was a tough class, but I felt like we were all in it together and I left feeling amazing. Kind of a strange building but the gym and the studio were really nice and clean, also easy parking. Will definitely be back!
