see all reviewsI experienced the infrared sauna and lymphatic massage services. Upon arriving at the location, it took a few minutes to find it, and initial attempts to reach them via phone were not successful until the voicemail message mentioned they were inside the nail salon. I arrived slightly late for my appointment, but the front desk attendant directed me to walk alone down the hall to the room on the left. The room was well-labeled, and clear instructions were provided via a poster. Inside the sauna, I found the experience to be thoroughly relaxing. The presence of Bluetooth connectivity allowed me to enjoy my own music or meditation videos. Additionally, water was conveniently available in the room in case I didn't bring my own bottle. Following the sauna session, I was moved to a separate room for the lymphatic massage, which involved a machine that wrapped around the body, akin to the blood pressure machine used at doctors' offices. During this massage, I remained fully clothed, and it provided a gentle pressure from the feet to the torso, leading to a relaxing experience. After the treatments, I felt a sense of relaxation and hydration, as I did sweat during the sauna session. Only feedback would be for front desk lady to lead costumes to the room and provide more of a breakdown of the session in person rather than reading it from a sign or call someone ever to do this. It very much feels like there is two businesses in one building and that there is no communication between from desk and the back business. Overall, the experience was enjoyable and left me feeling refreshed.
