Michelle was such a sweetheart, checked me in, showed me around and made sure I was all set getting started and Kay was a wonderful instructor! She gave super clear instructions, was super patient in teaching me some movements, and I never felt weird/bad about making modifications or taking a rest. I’ll be back!!
