Amazing class with Jessanya again - the flow was super smooth and she gave great hands on assists. Super personable and made sure to facilitate everyone’s individual needs like bringing me and a few other people blocks in moments where we could use them. And she has a such calming instructor voice :) see you for sure next week!

Shelly is absolutely amazing, very kind and sweet, she will correct your posture and will teach you how to move your body to make the most out of the class. I love her, she’s very welcoming and the studio is spotless and chic.

Class was great and quite challenging! I’ve taken a few beginner classes here now and they’ve all been wildly different— so don’t expect anything in particular beforehand. But they have always been a nice workout.

Asher is excellent! The class included a lot more advanced poses than I’m used to, but overall a really great class

This Pilates Class was small and intimate. If you are taking the first morning class, you have to wait for the floor to be unlocked on the elevator. Yan was helpful when I struggled to do some of the exercises. She also ran the class bilingually (mandarin and English). Overall , it was a good class and I would definitely come back.

Coach was great! The place was not too ideal, but it’s free so can’t complain
