    THE CIRCHIIT

    Instructor is very nice and walks around to fix everyone. He helps you with whatever you need and even get weights in the other room for you, if you don’t see the weight you want to use. 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest for 1 hour (with stretching in the beginning and explanation of each station). Plus is the instructor is super cute !
