    barre3 Signature 45

I really liked Haley - she was incredibly encouraging and very clear with her instructions. I found the class challenging but very doable (especially with the modifications she offered). I would come back specifically to take Haley’s class again! The room is a bit cramped though, so I would recommend maybe a more thorough clean as it got quite musty.

Svetlana is a great instructor. The class is tough, but she is very encouraging and will work with you to get the exercises right. It's a great way to spend your lunch hour.

I really liked the instructor, the music and also the length of the class. There was a bit too much choreo for my liking, but I wonder if this is because there are no weights. Also, the cold towel post ride was such a delight!
