    Strength Circuit

Shannon is a great teacher. However, when her sub is there, it takes awhile before the workout starts so would love if the class went longer so I get more than 25 minutes of workout.

    Dynamic Flow Yoga

Fantastic instructor!! Great music & energy, had an amazing warm up routine, gave instructions from toe to head, & gave both the classical options as well as modifications. I feel loooong & grounded :) I think I found a new Saturday tradition!

    Kickboxing Fitness

Loved this class! As a first time kickboxer, the class was paced in a beginner friendly way, but was challenging for the most advanced students also. Teacher was phenomenal, very warm and knowledgeable with techniques! Absolutely would come again to train. A phenomenal workout that also focused on community building!

    Beginner Boxing 1

This class was so fun and very beginner friendly! Israel was a great instructor and really presented boxing like a craft. His enthusiasm was contagious. My knuckles are sore but I’ll definitely be coming back to Third Street Boxing!

    Intro to Pole Dancing

Olga’s classes are great. Very technique and detail oriented. I’ve taken a few pole classes before, but her specific technique instructions are so good. It’s a very small class too, so you get lots of personal attention and corrections on how to do it better. She also gave me and others different things to work on based on our skill levels. Highly recommended!
