    I took the 9am Pound class with Jessica and the following 30min strength/ HiiT style class. I love pound, it’s such a great cardio workout that has you going so so many squats and lunges without thinking about it too much (you feel it later) also the fact that you get to hit things as hard as you like without going to jail is a nice bonus… lol

    Fight Round - Small Group Training

    Carri e’s class was perfect. Small enough for her to spend time with each person and work on form. Great for exercise using the basics. They had gloves and wraps, but if you have your own definitely better to bring them.

    Lianne was pretty badass. She greeted the class outside the red room, mic off, and I felt like that really set the welcoming tone. You don’t find that at all Barrys studios. It all felt very team oriented and the programming was super challenging, especially the tread. Would recommend!
