    It’s been a long time since I’ve felt challenged in a Modo class. This class was fun, inventive, and offered challenges beyond the typically Modo class.

    Hot Vinyasa

    Excellent and very audible cues, great music, a powerful but not exhausting flow, and room was hot but not at all hard to breathe. I wish I could clone this exact class and go back a million times.

    Y6 Sculpt & Flow

    I took the 7:30 am sculpt & flow class. The teacher was fun, the space was clean, I liked the hot girl playlist, and the colored lighting was nice to get into the right headspace for pushing through those hard reps. The class is high energy and will whoop you in a good way! I am a bit out of shape and struggled to keep up the whole time, but I still really enjoyed it and am hungry for more (: This is a heated class- warm enough to get a good sweat but not stiflingly hot. I really enjoyed the fast paced yoga warm up to loud music! Great way to kick off the morning (;

    Heated Vinyasa Flow

    Super cute space. The instructor, Nick, was awesome. He put together a creative and well-rounded vinyasa sequence. He also gave really helpful cues on how to improve and deepen into postures. High recommend his classes!

    Intense class, hot HIIT. I got there right at 6 and the door was already locked but someone let me in: Classpass map took me to a location near lake O. I would highly reccomend! I would just get there 10 minutes earlier. Sarah was a great instructor.

    Amie was warm and welcoming to this cozy studio. It was challenging in the best way and modifications were explained throughout. The playlist had words which was a different experience for me but it kept it light and fun. I appreciated the availability of mat cleaning supplies. Would return.

    BOXING

    Anna was very nice and I enjoyed the class a lot. The class was 8 rounds on the heavy bag with exercises in between. There was another i structured which led the ending stretch/cooldown which I appreciated as that’s not usually included with boxing classes. The studio was nice and the location easy to find. I recommend this class!

    The flexibility instructor can seamlessly taught beginner to advanced at the same time, with all of us going at our own ability. We passed blocks, shared stretch bands, and felt completely welcome in the space as a new student. Thank you for such a positive experience.

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

    I liked that Chenoa focused on form. Sometimes YS instructors move so quickly that it can be difficult to focus on your form. I told Chenoa after class that the music could've been a tad louder during cardio but otherwise for a newer instructor- she's doing great! Would definitely take her class again.
