It would have been great to have an instructor led cool down after a hard workout rather than being on our own. Also, I noticed several people on their phones in the class space before, after and even during the workout which I found super distracting.

I love pound, it’s such a great cardio workout that has you going so so many squats and lunges without thinking about it too much (you feel it later) also the fact that you get to hit things as hard as you like without going to jail is a nice bonus… lol
