Zero complaints about the saunas or staff. Love the infrared sauna experience. Only 3 stars because there are no showers. No way to do the typical sauna thing of cooling off between rounds or washing off afterwards. That just was a tad gross to me. It never occurred to me a sauna place would NOT have showers so I did not plan accordingly (is that an American thing? I brought shower gel, shampoo, towel with me, and was wearing clean clothes). I had to run errands afterwards, all salty and sticky.
