However, since we had planned this a week in advance, we chose to pay the charge and keep our slot. While businesses have every right to structure their pricing, the lack of transparency beforehand was frustrating—especially when trying to efficiently utilize remaining ClassPass credits. A great facility, but the policy surprise left a disappointing final impression. >
