The class was amazing. I wish I lived here so I could go to this studio everyday. the studio is beautiful and the floors feels amazing! which sounds weird, but iykyk. My only constructive feedback would be to remind people where to place their mats. I ended up to close to a well due to my neighbor (and I'm sure others) not placing their mat properly. my first class i took the front desk notified me how to locate a space within the studio.

Incredible class. The instruction was clear, grounded, and deeply intentional. You could feel that the teacher, Majo, wasn’t just leading a class—she was fully immersed in her own personal practice, and that authenticity made the experience incredibly powerful. There was a depth to the class that felt spiritual without ever being forced or performative. It was one of those rare practices that stays with you long after the mat is rolled up.

I was nervous about this class because I am weak, inflexible, fat, and uncoordinated, and I was anticipating that it would be at best lightly humiliating. But I enjoyed the heck out of the class, and I felt supported, safe, and welcome (and not at all humiliated). The teacher offered a lot of variations on activities that I think allowed all participants to be challenged. I got sweaty and elevated my heart rate a bit, but it definitely isn't a cardio experience. It did wear out some of my muscles, and I was a little sore the next day in some weird ways. Mostly, though, it was just really fun and interesting to move my body in ways I haven't in decades.
