If you have a yoga mat I’d recommend brining it since it’s a few dollars to rent one. As someone who hasn’t taken a yoga class before sometimes it was a little confusing to follow along with by I was able to get by watching what everyone else was doing. It was challenging but very relaxing at the same time. Great customer service and nice class, would recommend!

Most people are barefoot, and the floor is like a linoleum, so I’d recommend grippy socks if you’re used to carpet floors. Breathwork at the very end was a nice touch.

Not to mention the lovely guy working at the front desk who made sure I knew what to expect in the class/where everything was. see all reviewsI love this studio and the instructors, but this particular workout “Stage 7” was a hot mess. People were very confused on the format (regardless of how many times the instructors explained it). This was only made worse by the fact that there were too many people in class. I think Stage 7 should be retired into the land of misfit workouts never to be seen again.

She's an amazing instructor, from the start: welcoming me at the door, showing me around, warnings of the bike shoes, setting the bike up & engaging me with others, so I didn't feel like a newbie. Once she started the instruction, she's very animated in the first few moves & keeps the positivity flowing. SHE'S quite the POWERHOUSE! as the participants in the class are. Amazing fluidity. I'd like to try more classes, just not sure my one can hang in there.

She knew just what to say to keep us going and finish strong! The class flowed well and her queues were easy to follow, she even quickly demos the next move so you know what’s coming next before countdown. It was such a good workout for only 45 mins! Her music was fantastic, too, which always helps make for a great class! The space was really cute and nice and felt clean. Overall a great vibes at this studio!

see all reviewsLove love love this class. It’s like no other exercise class I’ve taken before - the class is centered around the instructor’s view that we are taking care of our older bodies now. So, there’s lots of movement, strengthening, and becoming more aware of what is happening in my mind and body through clear and insightful instruction. Margarita is attentive and knowledgeable. And, it’s fun to do some of the more playful exercises. I could go on! Recommend!

I’d never taken a cycling class or been at cycle bar before so the staff showed me around and got me all set up prior to the start of class. Nicole was so so amazing and created a safe space and fun environment to workout in. The seat on the bike was a little uncomfortable but I’m chalking that up to me not being used to it, it was more manageable towards the end of class.
