Nice clean space. Noticeably the floors were spotless which I appreciate in places where I’m expected to be barefoot. They do pack the room out but there is still enough space for you to hang off of your mat a bit. The first half of the class was a quicker paced flow, then it gets into a slower flow. The room is slightly warm but definitely not hot. I enjoyed the class.

This was lovely vinyasa flow. It definitely didn’t feel like a “slow” flow. Positions were held for pretty short moments but it was a pleasant class. Definitely expected longer holds and less vinyasa flow based on the description of the class but I would go back knowing what it is!

Incredible class. The instruction was clear, grounded, and deeply intentional. You could feel that the teacher, Majo, wasn’t just leading a class—she was fully immersed in her own personal practice, and that authenticity made the experience incredibly powerful. There was a depth to the class that felt spiritual without ever being forced or performative. It was one of those rare practices that stays with you long after the mat is rolled up.
