I flopped around a bit in the actual workout buuuut that’s a me thing. Haha I can see how with more consistency, it will become more fluid. Initially just a lot to pay attention to.

    Ashley was amazing! She had fun, unique style and brought such great energy to class. She was friendly and welcoming to everyone, and you can just tell she enjoys what she does! She knew just what to say to keep us going and finish strong! The class flowed well and her queues were easy to follow, she even quickly demos the next move so you know what’s coming next before countdown. It was such a good workout for only 45 mins! Her music was fantastic, too, which always helps make for a great class! The space was really cute and nice and felt clean. Overall a great vibes at this studio!

    Such an empowering class and a crazy good workout that will get your heart pumping real fast. The customer service was top tier. I’d never taken a cycling class or been at cycle bar before so the staff showed me around and got me all set up prior to the start of class. Nicole was so so amazing and created a safe space and fun environment to workout in. The seat on the bike was a little uncomfortable but I’m chalking that up to me not being used to it, it was more manageable towards the end of class. Everyone who I interacted with at cycle bar was great, and I’d recommend this class to anyone who wants to get a good sweat in!

    I lovedddd this class. I’m new to this style of working out but REP has been really encouraging to me as a beginner. You can tell all levels take classes here too which I also find encouraging. Kubo gives me corrections on my form which I find super valuable. But she also encourages pushing yourself. I never thought Id be someone who even touched 30 lb weights & now they don’t feel so off limits. And there are muscles in my back that are pleasantly sore this morning that I didn’t even know I had! I can’t wait to take this class again.
