see all reviewsLoved Abi’s playlist! Restore was a great Sunday reset! I enjoyed the cozy dim lit room and the warm temp was perfect! Not too hot, but warm enough to relax and deepen into the restorative stretches. The instructor also had a great energy and an awesome playlist. The volume was perfect, too, not too loud but enough to drown out any shuffling from neighbors next to you. Overall, a perfect class!

see all reviewsI took the 7:30 am sculpt & flow class. The teacher was fun, the space was clean, I liked the hot girl playlist, and the colored lighting was nice to get into the right headspace for pushing through those hard reps. The class is high energy and will whoop you in a good way! I am a bit out of shape and struggled to keep up the whole time, but I still really enjoyed it and am hungry for more (: This is a heated class- warm enough to get a good sweat but not stiflingly hot. I really enjoyed the fast paced yoga warm up to loud music! Great way to kick off the morning (;

I really enjoyed it but the heat and bad quality of microphone/incredibly loud music took away from it. Next time I will bring my loop earplugs or wear the earplugs they do supply (thanks!) but I’m afraid that I won’t be able to hear the instructor with the already muffled and quiet microphone. I do want to stress that she did a phenomenal job and I enjoyed her pace of the class.

see all reviewsSuper fun class. For someone who likes to dance but doesn’t go out to clubs anymore it was great. I loved seeing different ages and body shapes all dancing. Very positive energy, loved that there are cubbies in the room, lots of space even in a decently full morning class, and the moves definitely would take a little to learn but nothing crazy that would be hard with a little practice. They also feature local artists in the lobby area which I thought was pretty cool.
