Once she started the instruction, she's very animated in the first few moves & keeps the positivity flowing. SHE'S quite the POWERHOUSE! as the participants in the class are. Amazing fluidity. Such an empowering class and a crazy good workout that will get your heart pumping real fast. The customer service was top tier. I’d never taken a cycling class or been at cycle bar before so the staff showed me around and got me all set up prior to the start of class. Nicole was so so amazing and created a safe space and fun environment to workout in. The seat on the bike was a little uncomfortable but I’m chalking that up to me not being used to it, it was more manageable towards the end of class. This was my first time trying Pilates - I really enjoyed the class. As someone who typically only does weights and boxing this was a great change of pace and makes me realize I’m neglecting my hips/stretching/core. This definitely isn’t a “new to moving” class; however, if you do workout and are willing to be uncomfortable and try something new I highly recommend. This is also a very inclusive space as all people were welcome (lots of representation in my class). I also loved the teacher, she corrected form and really helped on all movements and never made you feel silly if something was hard. I’ll be back! This is very clearly something I need!
