see all reviewsGreat combination of cardio and weightlifting interval training. It's a gym where you can just go and follow the instructor's lead. Janelle keeps you motivated throughout. She encourages the workout to stay fun and energized. The workout environment itself is edgy and has very dim lighting with red lighting and high intense music playing throughout. Just the type of zone to focus on yourself and keep at it. Definitely recommend checking it out.

She's an amazing instructor, from the start: welcoming me at the door, showing me around, warnings of the bike shoes, setting the bike up & engaging me with others, so I didn't feel like a newbie. Once she started the instruction, she's very animated in the first few moves & keeps the positivity flowing. SHE'S quite the POWERHOUSE! as the participants in the class are. Amazing fluidity. see all reviewsSuch an empowering class and a crazy good workout that will get your heart pumping real fast. The customer service was top tier. I’d never taken a cycling class or been at cycle bar before so the staff showed me around and got me all set up prior to the start of class. Nicole was so so amazing and created a safe space and fun environment to workout in. The seat on the bike was a little uncomfortable but I’m chalking that up to me not being used to it, it was more manageable towards the end of class. Everyone who I interacted with at cycle bar was great, and I’d recommend this class to anyone who wants to get a good sweat in!

see all reviewsThis was my first time trying Pilates - I really enjoyed the class. As someone who typically only does weights and boxing this was a great change of pace and makes me realize I’m neglecting my hips/stretching/core. This definitely isn’t a “new to moving” class; however, if you do workout and are willing to be uncomfortable and try something new I highly recommend. This is also a very inclusive space as all people were welcome (lots of representation in my class). I also loved the teacher, she corrected form and really helped on all movements and never made you feel silly if something was hard. I’ll be back! This is very clearly something I need! You can tell all levels take classes here too which I also find encouraging. Kubo gives me corrections on my form which I find super valuable. But she also encourages pushing yourself. I never thought Id be someone who even touched 30 lb weights & now they don’t feel so off limits. And there are muscles in my back that are pleasantly sore this morning that I didn’t even know I had!
