    Outdoor BODYPUMP

Rachael is a great instructor! She was encouraging and kept us moving. How she does all of those moves along with us while talking into the mic, is a wonder!

    barre3 STUDIO

Have had a few different instructors at this location and have loved them all. This class was killer in the best way. I moved here recently and have found the classes at this location to be better (more challenging and more varied) than where I moved from.

    I RIDE Studio

This is the most wonderful and welcoming studio! The ride was tough but you could easily adjust for your level of fitness. I was definitely pushed but also had fun and was able to keep up. So cool that they send you the stats afterwards.

Lisa led a great class. Good balance of core and cardio work. She also provided a wide range of adjustment options for each move. Appreciate the studio taking the current virus scare seriously and the extra effort to keep the studio and equipment clean.

I would give it more stars if I could. I would take any class Johnna teaches. She offers great modifications so every workout is as difficult or as entry level as you need.

Great class! Only thing I didn't like was that the teacher didn't explain when she was building onto a move (adding arms or a leg lift, etc), so you had to constantly watch her to make sure you were doing the right moves. Otherwise great workout and nice teacher!

Kelli is hands down the hardest teacher at Barre3! In a good way though- you feel challenged in her workouts- leaving sore and drenched in sweat. She's also super sweet, welcoming, and provides lots of modifications. Highly recommend her class if you need a great workout!!

    barre3 STUDIO

Love Barre3, I usually go to Cedar Mill or Pearl and this is my first time at Orenco. The studio is smaller but so was the class, which was nice for individual instruction. Really clean, bright, and great music! The only suggestion I have is to coordinate the movements more to the beat of the music. I guess I’m more particular about that than most people!

    Riders Bootcamp

This was my first experience with a spin class of any sort, and it was a awesome!!! I love that the class size was small, the workout was exactly the right level of intensity, and the alternating between boot camp and spin kept me pushing myself all the way to the end. Traci is super positive and great with injury mods.
