    Power Flow with Music

This was the first in person class I’ve taken since March 2020. I used to have a very regular, strong practice. This was the perfect class to come back to. Jamael had such a mindful, compassionate presence and his flow was challenging while still flowing together seamlessly. Fantastic instruction. I loved every second of it. I had tears streaming down my face at the end in savasana, I didn’t realize just how much my body had missed my practice. So grateful for this flow. I’ll definitely be back.

    Y6 Slow Flow

Annika is amazing. As a yoga teacher myself, I appreciate other wonderfully thoughtful and talented teachers providing quality cues and breath connection throughout. She focused on upper back and shoulders. Always love coming back to this Yoga Six studio. All the teachers are top notch!

Very full, it would be great to layout stickers for may alignment like other studios to help space everyone out as they enter the class. Yogi’s can always spread out if attendance allows as class kicks off. Michele is an AMAZING INSTRUCTOR and this would provide her the space she deserves as well.

    Fuel Flow - Studio

Great class, Alessandra was encouraging and kind. The sequences were good and challenging.. like very challenging but that’s what I wanted out of it. I wouldn’t recommend this class to beginners as it would be difficult to follow along. The only suggestion I would have is to have a longer shavasana. We only had a few moments and it wasn’t enough. Otherwise, very fun class!

This was my first time to this studio, and I was very impressed with Chenoa. Some people just have the gift of presence, and she is definitely one of those people. Class had a great flow, she offers great, hands-on adjustments, and is very encouraging. Loved this class. Will absolutely be back.

WOW - Rachel’s class was exactly the yin practice I needed. She’s amazing at offering a variety of pose options and making it feel approachable and calming wherever your body is at. Gorgeous, vibey, welcoming studio, too. Can’t wait to take another of her classes at this brand new location!

Lauren is great! She has such a soothing voice and her class was really relaxing. This was a great class for beginners... it was a slow flow with some deep holds and added challenges.
