see all reviewsI used to hate saunas when I was younger. I wanted to try again for its health benefits and wow! I love it! This Prestonwood location is super clean. The staff is friendly and gave me a quick tour! I chose the private cabin. You can control the temp and humidity! It comes with some chromotherapy. The sauna uses infrared lights to heat. You can also pay extra for the infrared light (but I think they only have one right now) that you can book ahead of time. Guest WiFi and each of the private cabins have a TV with Roku, and I think Netflix is included, and the sauna has speakers for the TV audio. They play relaxing spa music throughout. They have these awesome eucalyptus infused chilled washcloths and provide some complimentary lotions and hair spray. Plenty of towels, no robes. The only thing I wish they had was showers. Overall, it was a great location and great experience. I will definitely keep coming back!
