    Hot Power Flow

🙏🏼Fantastic class—Ali is great, and the flow really hits that weekend reset. BUT here’s the thing: after we finish savasana, our ‘om’ chant and the serene ‘namaste,’ suddenly it’s applause time? Honestly, it’s like being yanked out of a peaceful pond and into a stadium wave or yoga performance? (I get it—it’s meant to celebrate the more physical practice and that we made it through—but my inner zen is still trying to finish its cool-down. Still love this studio but you will never see me clapping. 🤷🏼‍♀️

    Restore at Penn

Beautiful space, not musty at all which I appreciate, although it’s a little noisy because you can still hear the street outside. I loved how much equipment was involved and it was all provided for free. Restore was so relaxing! I feel like I just paid to take the best guided nap of my life haha

💯 Such a proper savasana! By that I mean, it was a nice length with a great OM chant/tune and was just so so relaxing! I loved it! Overall, the class was great and I like flowing with the Warrior 2s to the front and back.

    Zumba with Zest!

Meg was very kind and welcoming when I came in. She told me all about her business, the fun, fitness and community she’s trying to create. I really appreciated it. She also did a fantastic job with the space. It’s so pink with beautiful murals. Attended Xumba led by Elisa Vettier who did a fantastic job. She made it lots of fun, make sure everyone was safe, having a great time and knew what to expect. She also played great music. I attended the class because I found it in Class Pass which is a great tool to try a new venue and new classes. Meg has lots of classes and I’d like to Come back and try another class. I have plantar fasciitis so it’s tough for me to do a high intensity workout without shoes. I’d probably do better with Pilates or something else on a mat.
