see all reviews🙏🏼Fantastic class—Ali is great, and the flow really hits that weekend reset. BUT here’s the thing: after we finish savasana, our ‘om’ chant and the serene ‘namaste,’ suddenly it’s applause time? Honestly, it’s like being yanked out of a peaceful pond and into a stadium wave or yoga performance? (I get it—it’s meant to celebrate the more physical practice and that we made it through—but my inner zen is still trying to finish its cool-down. Still love this studio but you will never see me clapping. 🤷🏼♀️

see all reviewsMeg was very kind and welcoming when I came in. She told me all about her business, the fun, fitness and community she’s trying to create. I really appreciated it. She also did a fantastic job with the space. It’s so pink with beautiful murals. Attended Xumba led by Elisa Vettier who did a fantastic job. She made it lots of fun, make sure everyone was safe, having a great time and knew what to expect. She also played great music. I attended the class because I found it in Class Pass which is a great tool to try a new venue and new classes. Meg has lots of classes and I’d like to Come back and try another class. I have plantar fasciitis so it’s tough for me to do a high intensity workout without shoes. I’d probably do better with Pilates or something else on a mat.
