The class itself was fun, considering I had zero experience with pole dancing. The coach adjusted the skills to match my level. Quite a bit of lull time since the group I joined were quite advanced but overall, great experience. Will definitely come back.

The girls in class were super friendly too, so it never felt intimidating or pressured at all. As someone with absolutely zero dance background, it was surprisingly rewarding to get through it and actually enjoy myself 💃😭 Only warning: the post-class DOMS is REAL. Your muscles will file a formal complaint the next day. I’d definitely recommend scheduling a rest day before booking another class after this one 😂
