Heated Power Flow 45
see all reviews2nd time I took lunch class here but last time was a different instructor. Both instructors gave a good class but I wish in both the warm up was shorter with an only 45 minute class. My biggest complaint here is the sun. While natural light is nice, I literally feel like I'm getting a suntan here and need to wear spf. I take great care of my skin and stay out of the sun. It also reflects off the floor and is blinding to the eyes. I want to keep coming to lunch but I don't know what to do about the sun issue.

see all reviewsJudy was very good at explaining the benefits behind each of the poses we went through. I’ve never taken a yoga class before, much less a vinyasa one. Just videos online sometimes. She made it clear in the beginning that I’m allowed to make mistakes, modify, or change anything that doesn’t feel good intrinsically. She was quite perceptive and within the first few minutes noted where I held some tension and throughout class, noticed things and made modification suggestions. Our talk before class was thorough in that she asked me about my background and my physicality (objectively and nicely, no worries!) and used that knowledge to help me during class. It was worth it and I feel good!
