Front desk did not greet me because there is self check in and a lot going on but it felt warm and inviting anyway. A few people arrived after class had begun. I’m glad people were able to come in late because I would like to be given that grace myself if it were to happen in the future. I liked that the instructor acknowledged even the late arrivals and how she introduced herself by name a few times. I learned a lot from participating in this class since the focus is explaining. Parking was a dollar in the back lot.

Cole gave very clear instructions that a beginner could follow, but also kept the pace of a something like a flow 2 class. We warmed up with a few sun salutations, went into a well rounded single sequenced flow, and finished with a few ground poses before heading to shavasana. Overall, great flow class.

It was easy to go from move to move because you hold stretches and positions. The instructor made corrections and walked around at various times even though it was live streamed, I did not feel that that took anything away from the in person experience. I walked straighter and taller after this class and felt amazing. The studio is beautiful and spacious and the staff is very nice. I am definitely coming back and adding yoga back in to my routine.

My little one is only 7 weeks old so he stayed in his car seat and slept the entire time but it was nice to chat about mom related/postpartum stuff which is how the class began. No need to bring a mat or props, they supplied everything we needed! Big and spacious room and the temperature was just right. Hope does a great job and is very calming and easy to talk to.

I was so shocked: Sarah placed my IV line and it was quick and painless. I honestly didn’t even feel the needle. I’ve had hypotensive episodes from painful needle sticks before, and I was thoroughly impressed. Everyone was professional from start to finish. I’ve had visits to the emergency room just for fluids or antiemetics, and not only did I have to wait for hours, but sometimes had painful experiences. This was so much easier and much more relaxing. Hands down recommend to anyone who is in need of a quick boost or fluids without the hassle and time constraints of visiting an emergency room.

The music for the whole office plays very lightly. Come early to go over your history with the chiropractor but someone else did my massage. She asked me what I would like to focus on so not sure the initial history with the chiropractor gets communicated over. The linens on the massage bed are basic but the bed can be heated which is nice. I also like the use of lotion instead of oil. The massage itself was deep tissue and great!

Used the sauna for about 40 minutes, and cold plunge for a total of 90 seconds (10 seconds x 3 and then a full minute). Highly recommend and will return.
