    Good class but may not be for everyone. I've been active my whole life but specifically wanted to try out and learn crossfit. I went on a Sunday which on their website is labeled as a "joint class" for quickfit and crossfit. Not a whole lot of organization in terms of the coach introducing herself and gathering people for the warmup, and doors to the gym only opened a few mins before the 830 start. Warmup took half of the 60 mins class and the actual workout was capped at 30 mins. Besides a quick demo and warmup round, there wasn't any form or technique coaching nor were any options/modifications provided. Had a great workout but definitely would've been lost if I hadn't had experience working out and doing some of the exercises. Wish there had been more coaching around technique and form especially for first timers.
