Flow & Restore
see all reviewsGreat mix of flowing and restorative asanas. I didn’t want to leave after Savasana. I was so relaxed! Perfect way to spend my lunch break on a Friday.

see all reviewsReally good temp in there. And instruction moved at a really great pace that allowed you to focus on your movement. Not tooo challenging but would’ve like it a little harder but that’s okay

see all reviewsI wasn’t really a work o it that made me sweat and left feeling exhausted but I probably should’ve used heavier weights lol. But overall a great class and Jess was a super encouraging and helpful instructor!!

see all reviewsSkillful, nuanced coaching and guidance, authentically beautiful energy engaged with the work, radiated throughout the entirety of practice. The best detailed run through of child’s pose have experienced at start of class … led to challenging peak poses that were not all accessible to me this day, felt good to try all the same. Namaste 🙏🏿

see all reviewsLoved Madison’s energy! The class was great as it started slow for good integration to the heat, we moved through SO many plains of motion and all different positions. She reminded people to take breaks and take water which felt really inclusive. Great playlist, vibe and space is beautiful! Would love to see the studio offer a shorter express class format for people who need less time in the heat but still want to get a drip in - I’d be there all the time!

see all reviewsThis was one of the best yoga classes I’ve been to in the city. Low key almost didn’t leave a review because I want to keep it quiet but it’s too good. Elissa gave lots of hands on direction which was so nice and she really encouraged everyone in the class to follow their bodies and made space for that to really happen. It was so unique and wonderful. What a gem.

see all reviewsI like the slow pace of this class. Sometimes you just need a deep stretch and feel relaxed and that’s how I felt after the class. I also never took a yoga class with pillows and blankets. It was all new to me. I would recommend this class for healing and people who want to just take it easy with nice slow deep stretches.

see all reviewsThank god for this instructor opening the door and keeping it open halfway through class. The one thing about corepower is it sometimes gets way too hot to focus on form or your breath and having the door open helped immensely. Not every workout needs to be heated to 95 degrees!
