I laughed and smiled throughout this whole workout even though it was a conditioning day 🥵 music was great and she also happened to play my favorite workout song (pressure, alesso) and it boosted my energy tenfold. Everyone here was incredibly nice - both the instructor and the patrons. It didn’t feel cliquey at all. The workout was hard and cardio heavy but I could pace myself. None of the moves were, but you definitely feel your muscles working. They set everything up for you too! It’s the first workout in a while that I actually feel good after. I prob need to take some more attention to figuring out which weight I’m at though; I think I overestimated my strength with stamina, as there are many reps and when I typically lift it’s to gain strength so I do heavier weights less times. This was a great challenge to provide a better all around fitness when working it in along with weight lifting. I’m ‘pumped’ to come again! Thank you! Also the front desk was super friendly and the facility was clean; though there were quite a few things that were in need of repair when looking around; including the steam room and the filtered water fountain, just a matter of time I’m sure.
