At the end you would do 20 minutes of cardio (running or stairs) and they even have a sauna for you to use as well. Bathroom is spacious and clean. Everyone was super nice there, someone showed me to the trainer with the clipboard to sign in and fill out a form. Music helped me keep going cause I wanted to give up on the middle.
