He brings a great balance of energy and flow to the workout, keeping the class motivated without ever feeling overwhelming. His transitions between stations are smooth, and his timing is spot on, which keeps the pace moving seamlessly throughout class. One thing I especially appreciated was the music volume. He kept it at the perfect level (loud enough to keep the energy up, but never so loud that he needs to yell over the music). Overall, he creates a fun, well-structured environment, and I’m definitely looking forward to taking more classes with him.

I wish I the core and upper body strength to keep up with the class but it’s Pilates on steroids. Lauren was so sweet and continuously corrected my form when needed. Definitely will be coming back once I gain more upper body and core strength to support the movements & prevent myself from injuring myself.

Feels like Barbies’ Malibu Mansion all the extra little touches like the lights being dimmed and a disco party is raging. The scents, the cards yes yes and yes. If you want a place to get your groove back and not feel out of place because you aren’t crazy in shape the peach is a great place to be.

(Touch of feedback: hands on assists cards were offered and explained as I was walking into the studio, m I had mine face down on NO touch today, mostly because I’m on my cycle and just wasn’t feeling amazing, but still received hands on assists multiple times throughout class. I was looking for a good flow mobility class and this was it! The instructor did wonderful! I loved the cadence and how much time we had for each pose. The poses were not difficult and really allowed me to stretch each muscle group. I felt loose and calm after. Would totally recommend for an active recovery day! :)

Connor was an awesome instructor, and even though they knew I was just visiting, the team was so attentive and helpful throughout the entire class. Coming from a fitness/group class environment myself, I really appreciated how supportive they were with their clients.
