see all reviewsI was hesitant to sign up because these studios are often so male dominated I become uncomfortable, but this class had a great mix of men and women and I felt I could actually complete the rounds at my level without feeling awkward. Emily was an attentive and kind instructor. The studio is clean and the front desk attendant was nice and guided me through setup. I’m feeling a lot more confident about this place now so I’m definitely trying it again.

Never thought I could run so much and have so much fun while doing it till I came here! The treadmills are also SO nice to run on. I like how this is a class where you have options to really push yourself or take it easier. Music was also great! Really enjoyed it.

see all reviewsI was in dire need of some cardio so I gave this place a try. This class is mostly cardio (as described) but they do a lot of different moves to stave off any potential for boredom. This is an indoor HIIT style studio- so like many of these studios, they use music, lights and encouragement to keep you motivated. I couldn’t keep up with all of the moves but Keri assured me that I was fine to just do the basic steps at my base level until I was comfortable mixing it up. Trust me, you’ll still get a great workout.
