see all reviewsreally fun, adjustable and challenging class. it's kinda easy to hide amongst the crowd ~ went to the 5:20 class and was inspired by the attendance - felt like 50 people. easy to look at some one and feel the energy of the room "they're still going- I can keep going too." Tori is encouraging, sing-y, and health/body knowledgeable. She remembers names and it's really nice when she calls out a certain circuit and encouraged or says your name over the mic. 😅 "I'm seeeeeen" ha. people are always like "oh it's so hard to meet people organically in person" - well here's your chance and spot to make friends ~ maybe more. people were social and friendly. the classes aren't back to back so there's sometime to get settled in before and stretch after. Tori even encouraged giving a "high 5" / saying hi to neighbors. what a nice place. I came to the class bc my first experience at the gym pass was really positive - staff was super cool and it's a chill vibe. since you go around the circuit with the group you first start with ~ like group of up to 6ish people - you'll spend the entire class with that group and kinda help one another along /have a chance to chat a bit together. lots of ppl trying to do good for their bodies. ✅ ✅ ✅ 🔥 💪🏽 ⭐. thank you Tori and The 12. also the facilities and amenities are nice - bathrooms and towels etc. 🚿 🧼🫧 🦆✨💞💯

I think her name was Natalie, she was very standoff-ish and not helpful. I didn’t feel support or guidance by her so I never went back to her timeslots. Mike, Maya, and Jamie are all so kind and I enjoy working with them! Check out their Instagram for their trainer schedules.

Definitely haven’t worked out like this in years and haven’t used some of the equipment before, so it definitely challenged me! Andrea did amazing at encouraging us to keep going. She was helpful in teaching me what to do and help me set up. The music was just too loud at times and I think it would be nice to have it lowered just a bit. It hurt my ear facing the speaker and was sometimes overstimulating. I think having the music louder helped motivate me though so maybe that’s why it’s turned all the way up. Overall, I loved how this class pushed me past my comfort zone and made me stronger physically and mentally as well! Workout was fireee and had me shaking. Definitely built endurance and muscle🔥

The instructor Marta was fun, welcoming, engaging, and made the extra effort to memorize each class member’s names and to articulate the instructions in English and Spanish for participants. The music was upbeat and current, cut across genres for all taste preferences. The facilities are modern, clean, and there was more than enough space in the pool for the medium to large class; and space in the bathrooms/showers/changing areas. Will definitely do again!

She incorporates a range of dance from cumbias to reggaeton, bachata, hip hop, pop, dance, classics, 80’s, etc. it’s never a dull moment through out the hour long class. She knows what she’s doing! Give it your all or go at your own pace you will enjoy the journey. I always recommend this class if you can make it. Her sister thamara has a class on Thursday’s that’s definitely worth it too ! Nancy is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Even the other people taking the class were extremely friendly and helpful. Not to sound cliche, but it had such a homey feeling. Like I walked into a hug. Don’t let that comment deter you by taking it as “this place is too soft”. You’ll work your butt off and leave sweaty.
